a patient faints after taking out fulled wax from an ear.
this is due to vagal innervation of post. wall of ext ear.
why does this patint have a faint?
this patient (MUST) has a tendency to develop vasovagal reflex?
when there is some kind of loss of fluid,body can't make up for even though it's not blood?
(so that make insufficient supply to brain....)

id guess vagal stimulation leads to brady cardia...dont think volume loss wud account for it..for that u need a sudden and considerable loss like hemorrhage

second question, (just expanding ideas)
can you syringe out fast whan a patint has a big Baker's cyst?(about 200~300ml?)
or...doctors do this slowly?(fear for a faint)
if it's not blood or from-blood,at least you don't have to worry about a faint? hmm... it also have to be a chronic situation.
(it doesn't make sense... 70% of body consists of water...including blood and it moves..)
what i'm talking...anyway..

a tiny baker's cyst got nothing to do with the FORTY TWO litres of fluid within the body !!
look i keep telling this but ppl, if u were getting a 90% on Q bank, it wudnt have been worth the money!! thats y u use it as a studying tool, not a self assesment one...NBME is for the latter
