In support of Major Depression 4 classic clues ..

1. 6.8-kg (15-lb) weight loss ( Can be waight gain or loss)
2. Over the past 4 months, she has had increasing difficulty concentrating on her schoolwork and has begun to miss classes ( Must be a change from the previous functioning)
3. She avoids friends and often skips meals while watching television alone in her room (Anhedonia , lack of motivation, feeling of worthlessness)
4. She sleeps fitfully and often awakens at 5:00 AM (Hypersomnia and classic Early morning wakening)

ANSWER is (B) ..

Can be Anorexia .. but if the question had given the history of ONLY weight loss and no other 4 classic signs..
