the rule of 8s:
1 x 8 = 8
2 x 4 = 8
1 & 2 are MHCs,
4 & 8 are CDs.
cytotoxicity - CD8 T cells,
B lymphocyte activation - CD4 T h2 cells.
OK, let's make it more difficult - which MCH (1 or 2) contains β2-microglobulin and how to remember this?

yes, MHC-1 has only 1 own leg (1 and 1) and it needs β2-microglobulin as a prosthesis.

now, what's the name of the disease when we have the deposition of β2-microglobulin?

Tranthyretin decreased in actue inflammation ( Negative acute phase proteins)
Amyloid -P Increased in acte inflamm, (Positive acute phase proteins)
