how do we differentiate the two based on clinical features?
do both produce M spike?

Myltiple Myeloma: have clinical symptoms+ IgG spike+ Bence Jonce Protein in urine
Waldenstrom: symptoms+IgM, no Bence Jonce in urine
And hypergammaglobulemia of undetermined significance: increased IgG but no symptoms, no Bence Jonce

robin i think waldenstroms too has BJ proteins in urine but mor likely to present with lymphadenopathy unlike MM.
