Hi, When the programs say 2-3 years within graduation,is this date till applying or till getting into residency,because their is approximately one year difference between the two.

I think, they mean after graduation.

It mean from the time that you graduated medical school until your expected start in a residency. If you graduated in 2004, and start residency in 2007 - it's three years.

I attended medical school from 1999 to 12/2003,did compulsory internship from1/2004 to 12/2004at same medical school, degree date is 5/2005.My degree says I gave final exam in 12/2003, says nothing about my internship.I asked ECFMG which date to put as attendance in medical school,they told me 1999 to 12/2003.It makes me 4 year old graduate and puts me as inelligible for some programs as they have mentioned preference for 2-3 yr old graduates.What should I do.?Thank U.
