Hi,
When the programs say 2-3 years within graduation,is this date till applying or till getting into residency, because their is approximately one year difference between the two.

It mean from the time that you graduated medical school until your expected start in a residency. If you graduated in 2004, and start residency in 2007 - it's three years.

I attended medical school from 1999 to 12/2003,did compulsory internship from1/2004 to 12/2004at same medical school, degree date is 5/2005.My degree says I gave final exam in 12/2003, says nothing about my internship.I asked ECFMG which date to put as attendance in medical school, they told me 1999 to 12/2003.It makes me 4 year old graduate and puts me as inelligible for some programs as they have mentioned preference for 2-3 yr old graduates. What should I do.?Thank U.
