Directly after eating 2 or 3 balanced meals no extra snacks in a person of normal health. If you do a fingerstick directly after the last meal how high approximately should the glucose go and roughly when should it come down to between 70 and 120 mg/dl.

it should not go over 180mg% and by 2hrs postprandial it should have fallen to 70 -120mg%.
