CAN'T CONCENTRATE HELPPPPP!!!...I for some reason can't set for more than 6 hours. Even when I am studying I am thinking about a million different things other than what I am reading. I can't focus on my reading, and after I leave I feel as if I forgot everything..Anyone have any Top Secret Tips that help them concentrate, that they just might be willing to share please???

go take a shower. watch a movie or read a novel. go for a walk. go see your girlfriend or boyfriend. go laugh a little. have some fun. 'waste' the day. tomorrow will be a better day!!! better to do something you enjoy than persist at what you dont enjoy and yet make no progress!!! i do this all the time and it works for me. good luck

hey! futuredoc you need to do things fast! you cant postpone things.......the more you read the more confident you will be and then you will want to take exams in october itself. I think you need to set targets for yourself . do you work or something? or you have the whole day for yourself? set targets accordingly. good luck and happy studying!

Futuredoc, I encounter exactly the same problem and it has slowed me down a lot The only way I can help myself is to temporarily distract me from the studying with watching TV for a half-hr or go for a walk or talk with my hubby or get on the phone with my mom. I am refreshed after changing activities and can focus again. It seems to get better if you keep studying though.
