What are the immunization schedules for MMR,Polio,DPT here in USA ?

DPT and Polio 2,4,6, 18 months, 4-6 years
MMR 12, 18 months and 4-6 years

About hepatitis B does it mean that it can be given anytime from 2 months to 14-16 yrs age ?

I think so. I found this as an offshoot from cdc site.

According, they recommend 3 doses in lifetime. Like we have in India, 0, 1, 6 months . Here for ages above 20, it is 0,1,6. It also says that the schedule can vary, no rigid rule etc. But generally idea is to give 3 shots.
