The following serological results are obtained: Hepatitis A IgM antibody negative, Hepatitis A IgG antibody positive, Hepatitis B surface antigen positive, Hepatitis B surface antibody negative, Hepatitis C antibody negative. to the best of my knowledge Hep.A cannot be present in a chronic form and is always acute.....so despite the IgG being seen doesn't it still mean its acute hep.A also?
