well it has to be peripheral pulses then. i am using kaplan cd live lectures who r given out by pestana n he explains that whenever the word 'circumferential' is used with burns, who should know that blood supply is at risk (first the venous flow n then arterial flow gets compromised) n dx should include capillary refill assessment n peripheral pulses. n tx is escharotomy

but the question is "most accurate" so i think the answer should be U/S flow monitoring
