Hi! This is my very first post here. Maybe I've missed similar discussion, but I’m confused. Can anybody tell me if it is better to take Step 1 Qbank with 2100q or to take Step 1 Integrated Vignettes Qbank with as far as I know 1200q? I have no money for both. If somebody says something about Qbank, what is one pointing on? Which one is more relevant to actual exam? I saw people posting their experience about exam saying that real exam is much harder than Qbank and others are saying the opposite. What is the truth and about which Qbank they are talking about? Thank you very much in advance!

most people take qbank. i have not read much credit being given to int vign qbank. qbank appears exhaustive and very detailed. i did NBME and found it easier than qbank. i think that this good cos we dont want to underestimate the exam. if you are low on cash, maybe it is better buying the qbank 1month but the difference with 3 mo is not much. i am sorry i cannot help beyond this.

qbank unless otherwise signifies the kap qbank (2100 q's) and not the i.v. one.

Thank you so much for your advice!!! It is very polite of you!!! Ok, I'll probably take 3mts QBank! 2150questions. Someone told me that those questions are easier than real exam, but I'm glad it is not true. I don't want unpleasant surprises on the day of my exam And one more question... are QBank(2100+ and not IV) questions longer or shorter than real exam and are they more or less clinicaly oriented than those on real exam? My fear is that I can study all silly facts and then miss the exam because I'm not clinicaly trained. You all know what I'm talking about... Best luck for all of you!

And yes, I forgot, which is more hard to be solved: standard QBank or IV Qbank? Anyone has close experience with both and the exam?
