isnt epi used with lidocaine in locals? that and the word vasoconstriction should answer it. {Im just a little surprised they dont use norepi instead thinking it has better vasoconstriction properties}

hey guys epinephrine is the doc to use in such situations even its a panacea for epistaxis its not also mentioned in books but i have practically treated patients like this. so there is no doubt and i do agree with mjl( boy his fundas are clear) luv pallav
