IPODATE
an antithyroid agent....
inhibits proteolytic release of T3 and T4 from thyroglobulin in the thyroid gland...and also prevents conversion of T4 to T3 by inhibiting 5' deiodinase...
does anyone know more about this drug.......what family it belongs to...etc......?
