I have Q book 2002,Do you know if there is a big differnce between 2002 with the last version?
Questions in Q book are easier than real exam or Q bank?

i m not sure about the difference in the two versions
Q book is supposed to be more difficult than the Q bank definitely
im not sure how it compares with the actual exam

qBOOK IS more difficult than qbank especially behavioral science question in qbook, they are very challenging.
Qbook and qbank cannot compare with the actual exam. NBME may be.
