Hello, I am having some trouble figuring out how to manage breast mass in women under 35, and over 35. Some say, first step in management of a palpable mass in females over 35 is MAMMOGRAGHY, then others say it's FNA right away.
And in a woman under 35, how would you manage a breast mass after 3 to 10 days post menstruation folow up? FNA? Ultrasound?
