NBME tests really are the best prediction. So assuming all went well and you performed similar to tests 1 & 3, your 3-digit score is predicted to be a 227.
Of course some people report large variations, but they are the exception rather than the norm. Also it seems that your subjective experience from the exam doesn't affect your results much either (unless of course you couldn't finish the sections). Many people feel terrible afterwards and receive great scores.

hi,
i dont understand what you mean by (subjective experince from the exam does not affect the results much either),sorry for that i am confused because my exam is coming soon and thanks for your help.and another question do you think i can get in the 90,i got 86 in step one.
