I studied almost completely from FA (using BRS Path as my main reference, with a smattering of High Yield) and I finished QBank and all 4 NBMEs. I approached Step 1 the same way I would have studied for any of my classes... I studied at home without any partners, woke up late, and went to bed late. As for whether or not this is sufficient to score 90+ in Step 1... I guess it depends how much you put in to it. It is my personal opinion that Kaplan often stresses extraneous detail.

Hi. Kaplan is the best. I have analized the sources to learn from before spend time on reading and found out that particularly for me, and I think for majority of testtakers IMG it is most adecuate...When you are in particalar strategy you should stick with it. And I would never mix different types of sources as HY and Kaplan...I used 2005 video lectures, notes 2004 and FA2006 and of course Goljan audio...I can help anybody who needs it on 25 DVD for reasonable grat. valdisus@yahoo.com
