Hi, like to know what you all think about what should be the best way to behave during electives. An observer should?
Must be always polite (even with the janitors) and smile with everybody.
Must be active in all activities of the hospital
Must always ask for more things to do
Must be the first in arrive and the last in leave, even on weekends
Must request the oportunity to make a presentation
Must talk, asnwer questions and make questions (but good relevent ones...)
Must be sincere with his expectations and what he is looking (LOR)
MUST READ!!!!!
Well, what would you add???

9. Admit when you don't know something and be the first to look it up. Most of life's battles aren't not having the answers - it's knowing where to find them when you need them.
Good luck.

Update...
Must show medical knowledge, but avoid to enter in a scientific duel with interns or residents (especially fellows), in an attempt to show off... be humble with your knowledge!
