My school issue MSPE on the offical school stationary and it has colored logo and water mark as well. But signatures are in black ink. Once can tell it is ink not the copy.

Would it be still treated as copy? I know my Dean's office only uses black tamper proof ink foo all official documents. I can ask them to sign in blue.

regarding LOR there is option to waive the right to see the LOR or not.

If we waive the right then one can't see the letter in ERAS application. Only writer's name. Is this correct?

Is there any thing to waive the right to see the MSPE letter or not? Would be able to see MSPE at ERAS website?

Don't worry about it - if you have an original that was made before their rules, I don't see why this would be a problem. But ECFMG is the correct place to check.

The MPSE is traditionally something that the dean's office's issue in the USA - students would eventually get a copy. I don't know if you can see it at the ERAS website, because that's the side of ERAS that I don't get to see.
