I don't have Green Book, and I want to send e-mails to different programs which offer prelim, what do you guys suggest, except FRIEDA?

It's here - look on the left of the screen and search by program. I just did it from my home computer and there are tons of program listings. I didn't search around for just preliminary programs, but it's got to be there somewhere.

Preliminary included in categorial, not separated. but transitional is there.
What does non-accredited mean regarding to the residency program?

A non-accredited program means that it's sanctioned by the ACGME - meaning that it will not fulfill board requirements.
