Could somebody explain please[I] how uremia causes cardiac tamponnade?

retained metabolic toxins cause pericarditis-the effusion is usually hemmorrhagic.ANTICOAGULANTS cause hemmorrhagic tamponade
(accumulation of fluid within the pericardiium ,obstructing blood flow)
2 other common causes are neoplastic and idiopathic
