Hello guys...... I"ll be applying for the last testing period of 2006. I am just too paranoid about the whole thing. I have read the instructions but still want to confirm that if i have my medical diploma in english and if i get the form 186 signed by a notary than is there anything that i would have to get signed by my college dean?

hi, mleguy06, I got the form 186 signed by a notary, have to pay money. when they received my form 186, they sent a comfirm e-mail. typically, it will take 10 business days. but in my case, more than 15 business days now (they received in 19th june). I do not why. I want to know it is normal or something was wrong in my file. worry about that.
