hi shivani! well i use CMDT as the main book for int med..acompanied by First Aid.............what i do is that i read a topic from CMDT, then review it from first aid...and jot down the missing points in first aid.....at the end first aid becomes my note book! since i am in final year,....this is my way of studying.,....after final year...when i will seriously think of preparing for step 2...i will have my first aid ( updated with notes), along with crush the boards and maybe boards and wards..!>...thats for int med..! i don't feel reading blue print or kaplan for med....it ain't enough...but if u have already completed your med school...u may as well like kaplan or blue prints for surgery, kaplan is more than enough... paeds.....well....people say that blue prints is good..!>. i don't have a clue about it.!> gyne/ obs blue prints psychiatry and preventive med..!>... ( any book with which u r comfortable with)..! and not to forget lots and lots of mock exams.......q bank, nms...etc etc.! all the best Mleian
