Can we list more than one item for each bullet point in the Diagnositc Work-Up section of the patient note?
For example:
Bloods-CBC, TSH/T4, Electrolytes/Urea/Creatinine, PSA
Urinalysis, microscopy/culture/sensitivity, cytology
Imaging-US abdo/pelvis, CT abdo/pelvis, KUB, prostate u/s
I find it hard to pick 5 and only 5 and was wondering if the above is appropiate.
