Can u specify your Q ?

  #5

I just want to confirm, but I still don't understand why. I thought SSRI are used in both disorders.

cyproheptadine improves appetite and causes weight gain that is why it may be used in anorexia nervosa. but it is used only as an adjunct and not primary treatment. amitryptiline is used in the management of both bulimia and anorexia.
