A 10 year old boy with asthma has been receiving oral hydrocortisone daily in increasing doses for the past 2 year
he is obese and has growth retardation and edema of his lower limbs

edema related to cushing effect if hydrocortisone causes drug induce cushing syd. all of other choices are related to minrelocorticoid activity or adh which doesn't make sense with hydrocortisone theapy.
