Five months after initiation of chemotherapy a 54 year old woman has nonproductive cough,fever and gradually progressive dysnea
an x-ray film of the chest shows alveolar intestitial infiltrates
cultures of material obtained on brocchial lavage are consistently negative

bleomycin, busulfan & amiodarone causes pulmonary fibrosis.

this is a BBA degree in pulmonary fibrosis.
