initially thought d but yes study_ing is right

  #15

water deprivation will differntiate detween primary polydypsia and di
di can be both cetral and nephrogenic for that we give adh
in nephrogenic as adh is already normal but the response of kidney to adh is down so nothing happen on giving adh
in central variety as adh is dec so on giving adh ther will be imrrovement

  #16

a i thinkis the write answer

  #17

hey study_ing,in both central n nephrogenic diabetes serum osmolality will be high, but injection of ADH in central diabetes will lower serum osmolality(not raise as u say) but not in nephrogenic.
