Antistreptolysin O titre is abnormally high
x ray film of the chest shows an enlarged heart
she develops intractable congestive herat failure and dies on the second hospital day

A...this is probably not TB. high aso and clinical symptoms point to rheumatic

i was confused if the bodies were acute or chronic. they r the HALLMARK of acute rheumatic carditis ( robins)
