Is Hyperacute Rejection cell mediated or antibody mediated?
I have read both in different sources, so just wondering!

where you read that it is cell mediated?

nevermind... got it confused with acute and accelerated which are T-Cell mediated...
You are right... Hyperacute is Ab mediated.
