I.V.- CARDIOTOXICITY and or CNS depression(so give <50mg /min.)
P.O.-cerebellar - vestibular toxcity.

then,other CNS effects,behavioral effects,increased frequency of seizures,GI,gingival hyperplasia,osteomalacia, megaloblastic anemia,hirsutism,etc. :idea:

hi, In addition to what you mentioned; there are ataxia, It can cause inhibition to ADH release, it can cause hyperglycemia and glycosuria which is caused by inhibition of insulin secretion ,
now you almost covered it all
