Are we allowed to use hand digital watch ?

If not - how should we monitor the time precisely ?

Take the Analog..as far as I remember they told us at Houston that nothing digital and nothing that beeps will be allowed...

about the time, you get a annoucement after 10 mins that 5 mins. remain...i think thats good enuf :-)
