Paypal is safe, I used it for over 6 months and buy lots of stuff on internet, do not worry.
You have to cite your exact address because when you buy something, they only send goods to the address that matches exactly with that on your credit/checking card. Otherwise your transaction may be refused.

so you buy from unknown people also? I really need DVDs for step 2. I don't know if I can buy from everybody who offers books and DVDs? I really need help coz I don't have materials to start studying and it's already late enough.

Paypal is most likely asking you for the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, not your actual ATM/pin code. Before purchasing anything online, I would look at the seller's rating to see how satisfied the seller's previous customers were.

That's odd.... I recently added a credit card to my paypal account and I wasn't asked to disclose my pin code (which I wouldn't do anyway).

hmmm, let's step back a little. when do you plan to take your exam? more importantly, why do you think you need the DVDs?

I did pass exam by 94, last year, just reading blue print seies and kaplan surgery book and doing all the Kaplan q bank on CD. DVD is wasting your time and money.

Dear Amirhossein. I have blueprints and actually I wanted to study them with Qs. But everybody tells me to do kaplan kaplan kaplan!!! That's why I think I must study kaplan. Through out my preparation I got a loooooooot of msguidance and I went through manyyyyy wrong books!! Thats why I wanna be sure which sources are the best ones. What do you think about kaplan books????

From Kaplan Series, according to my experience and other collegues, Surgery is worthy to read and also go through Q & A part, it is really helpful. other books from Kaplan are not reccomended. Just try blue prints, it is better to review a book several times than studying different books./
Don't waste your time for preparation, I studied only for 2.5 months. for step 1 it took me one and half year, and I reliazed by the time I forget everthing, so I took CK immidiately after step1.

thanks for the reply. You are the only one who says kaplan is not worth reading!! If you go to www.usmle.net you see nobody overthere recommand anything except for kaplans. Anyway, thanks again and good luck.

Is blueprint pediatrics also good? Because FA doesn't recommand it.

it is better than Kaplan. the problem for kaplan is that there is no real sentence,to remeber and give you a glance. On the other hand, it would be better if you look at some color atlas regarding sign, just to have a pictural memory, sometimes it's really helpful.
The last, but not least, you are the only one who knows what kind of books and style od study is fitted to her. stick to one book and finish it. don't joggle from ... to...
