sorry i aint a big shot but i'll try to guide u still... the best way to understand it is to first look at images of the muscles and the movements. first understand the basic terms--intortion and extortion for example (by looking at a diagram)in words its too coplicated ( iwrote it and then have just erased it!!) go over the terms a numer of times . then try to learn the muscle actions. i know it sounds time consuming but in the long run it will prove not to be.

Key is to know the direction of muscle action and the attachment of muscle on the eye ball...

Superior Oblique- Intorts in abducted position, depresses in adducted position and tertiarily does abduction as well. Inferior oblique -just oppsite actions in their respective position. CMIW
