I think it is loop of henle..AS you can see in kaplan notes given in regional transport chapter of renal part under the heading loop of henle just below that figure read in that small paragraph...hope that it helps..

nice question. it is loop of henle cos that is where we have maximal concentration. the collecting duct can have that maximal concentration only when ADH is secreted. also as the fluid leaves the loop of henle it becomes hyptonic in the TAL whcih is the diluting segment.

That depends on whether or not you have ADH:
-With ADH, it's the loop of Henle (with an Osm of about 600)
-Without ADH, it's the CT (with an Osm of about 1200)
The question must speificy the presence/absence of ADH, or at least a scenario where you'd expect to see ADH. For example a patient stranded in a desert...etc.

at the tip of Loop of Henle aprox 1200 mosm, then decrease. The osmolarity at end of collecting duct can reach this value but only with maximum ADH effect. (the osmolarity on CD can never exceed the osm from tip of loop)

there is little point i wud like to add
if the question alks of the urine osmolarity then tip of loop of henle is the point on nephron with the max osmolarity( in the presence of ADH collecting tubule fluid can have the same osmolariyt as that of the tip of loop but not more than that) so best choice is tip of loop of henle
having said this if the question talks of the max concentration of inulin ina nephron the naswer is collecting duct and not the tip of loop of henle
