Does anyone use to has problem about scheduling the exam date with Prometric? I've got the scheduling permit (orange paper),but I can't schedule by the online website. So I try to call then ,but anyone can help me to schedule and always loss my phones. I call about 100 times ......
How can I schedule the exam date. So terrible for the Prometric and for me.

hey buddy, you are not alone. I scheduled for step 1 last week. I got the confirmation mail too. but when i tried to reschedule it says "the confirmation number is past the cut-off date". so i tried the exam confirmation. then to my shock it says "confirmation number not found". I dont know what to do. shud call them on monday...
anyone else experiencing problem with prometric site?

hi..i tried scheduling for the exam on prometric but experienced similar problem as u both...so i called them up on the number given in the orange permit...about 2 weeks back when i scheduled, they said the website might be having problems....my advise would be to call the local prometric centre by looking up the ph number in the website. ...because the ph number of prometric given in orange permit for me didn't seem to be working...oh! and while calling i had to press the * button on the phone pad . hope this helps

yeah its an all out fight,- because when I called the website was down . Also the answer phone takes a while.

Today I try to call to Prometric in Malaysia(I'm in asia) but the operator doesn't know how to schedule the exam date and loss my call again.About online website It's maintain so can not do too. Really terrible to fight about this. Maybe I will try again tomorrow.
