A 20 year old man has a painless 2 cm nodule in his right scrotum
the nodule is difficult to distinguish from the right testis and does not transluminate
there is no additional swelling or inguinal adenopathy
the most likely diagnosis is ?

a.-cryptorchisdism
b.-hydrocele
c.-scrotal cyst
d.-testicular cancer
e.-testicular torsion
f.-varicocele

D.-testicular cancer ?

Varicocele transluminates
Testicular cancer does not transluminate

  #12

not varicocele............ hydrocele transilluminates.

thanks docsrinu for correcting an old post. Hydrocoele & cysts (like epidydimal cysts) only transilluminate i think
