Well the point is bbb will try and answer your questions,but given that she is so busy please donot bombard her with questions which can be answered by any senior member of the forum.

u can take a token without even a single score.. but ur scores (or lack of) affect the number of calls u get.. i second katz suggestion.. althoh im sure bbb will ustand that we are not tryin to run her out of business

thanks katzung and bbb for helping me.yes,i can understandmay be its a minor question but as an IMG and totally new to this exausting process,even though i try to find out answers for some queries and i dont get,i think i should ask to one of blessing to this forum.but i ll keep in mind that.sorry for now.

No problem! Apurva and Katzung are two that answer a huge amount of questions before I can get to them and a great help to me.
