i just wanted to know if program co-ordinators return a call if you leave a message on the phone.

Sorry to say (hangs head in shame), I don't return phone calls. I can't, I just can't keep up with the calls that come in that I do speak with, and with the phone mail and emails - I just can't keep up with the calls. I answer emails with a generic email and use phone mail to keep my sanity ( and it's a mighty thin thread there mon ami!).

Sorry.....some coordinators might, I just can't.....

In the general question, it is listed to check whether or not you are/were committed to miltary serivce. I am not. Does it a good or bad thing?

Can a program know how many programs/specialities applicant have applied and how many interview he or she has received?

Let say if you get one or two interview call from big shot programs and you know it is just an interview call and you are not going to match there. Now if you go to the medium size program, is this is plus or not or depends.

People here talked about USCE, and how about US research exerience, first author reserach orginal articles and US maters or PhD count for the residency.

any suggestions.

No, a program has no clue who you applied to or where you interviewed at. Unless you tell me when we are chatting.
