G post streptococall glomerulo nephritis its the only cause of chronic renal insufficiency also common in girls Correct me if I am wrong

it is vesico-ureteric reflux leading to hydronephrosis

I think J (vesico - ureteral reflux) is the correct answer. This is the only pathology that could lead to a UNILATERAL nephrectomy because of UNILATERAL hydronephrosis. All the other choices would affect BOTH kidneys equally.
