A 34 year old woman comes to the phisician's office because she has had a cough,fatigue,low grade fever mild dyspnea and aching joints for the past month
physical examinations shows no abnormalities
X ray film of the chest shows bilateral hilar adenopathy with mild diffuse parenchymal infiltrates

the prednisone use like inmunedepresor , its the first line treatment because it has least secondary effects than cyclophosphamide , methotrexate
