all behevioral science qs have their best answer taken away. this patient should be prescribed a simple analgeic if she is not on one already. but you are always stuck with stupid choices that are usually not the best thing to do in real life

CAN not be A guys pt is so sick that she even could not use a toilet. how could she comes right away to yoru office for the shot?????? think realistically.
BTW, she may have been put on corticol steroids already.

When I did this form online I chose A. Is funny that the first nbme question I read in this forum is this, the one I was thinking for a few days after doing the form online and after a few weeks I still don't know the correct answer
