basically this question asks about ATTRIBUTABLE RISKS calculate the following risk of fracture in untreated women=10.1% risk in treated =5.4 hence excess risk=(10.1-5.4)% we know percentage means per 100 so (10.1-5.4) fractures are saved by treating 100 women hence to save one frfracture u treat 100 / (10.1-5.4)
