When one should choose MRI over CT scan vise versa. My understanding is For bone ligaments one should order MRI examples are disc prolapse for organs and bleeds one should order CT scan ex. pancreatic cander or mass. Could some one clearfy when to order either test for Brain Neurological disorders e.g. Alzimer's, storke, harmorrhage, or Sub dural bleed Likewise chest and abd. disorders.
