3 is D. basicaly the same sequence with replaced by a U
4. is D probaly.
i m not sure of the first two though they sound basic!

we need explanatins please too. i tot 4 to be d coz 3' to an exon wud that lie. if anyone cud suppot their ans with a refernce it wud be great. i cud only find helicase and gase requiring ATP in kaplan biochem...but energy requirement of other Es was not talked about
