a 29 yearl old patient has a 3 week history of persistent cough and intermitent flusing and diarrehea
an x ray film of the chest and brochoscopy shows a 2 cm solitary,well defined mass that projects
into the lumen of the mainstem bronchus
the mucosa of the brochus is intact
these findings are most characteristic of
