Lets say mother came/calls for vaccination concern.
In this case at the time of close up
Do you still ask that you need to examine the child?
Enuresis:
If you are suspecting primary enuresis. UW has one case. There is always possiblity of secondary enuresis as D/d. Parents may lie. Do you ask to bring the child for phyical exam and get involve social worker.
Sec. Enuresis is mostly after abuse/trauma.
UW does not tell any thing about social worker and it does not tell if one need to labs to rule of medical causes like DM, UTI, bladder function etc.

Yes ...you got to ask for the child for examination...
Yes..a possibility of abuse if there...but u will talk about the social worker after you examine the child...until then , dont see a point mentioning about it to the mom..and risk annoying
best to request the kid's presence on medical grounds
