Think about this question, There is a similar question in qbank This patient may develop Wolf Parkinson White syndrome. Drug used for WPW: Ia, III, and Flecainide Drug contraindicated: Beta Blockers, Ca++ blockers, Digoxin Adenosine is not effective

I think the answer is D. Propanolol, is the drug of choice for Afib, Aflutter and reentry What suggests WPW?? I agree that adenosin is the DOC for psvt, but not when is stress/excercise related. Usually in critical unit enviroment, _half life is 15 sec. Lidocaine is DOC for ventricular arrhythmias. Nifedipine is antianginal. Quinidine is good for svt, but is usually given to keep Sinus rhythm after cardioversion from a-fib.
