I have few questions. Drape: Lets say one start examining the subject in the sitting position. One can examine, HEENT, hands, Lungs and chest in the sitting position. Q1 Any thing wrong with this method? Q1. In the sitting position, do we need to drape the SP or not. If yes then what to do? Just put the sheet on his/her legs? Tilt Test/Orthostatic Vitals In the neuro cases where one suspect, syncope , Is it necessary to do tilt test or orthostatic vital or it can be written in work up. How to tilt test could some one explain? Peds case. In these case, you will be talking to mom/dad so do we need to tell possible D/d to parent or not. Since you have not examined the child. Just want to know how to close up such cases? Any suggestions are welcome.

ad Qs1: yes, just put the sheet on his/her lap. 2: write tilt test under investigation. 3: pediatric case - tell to mom that there are couple possibilities of D/ds, like a/b/c/d/ and you need her to bring herchild to the hospital.......
