Are there situations that you need to measure B.P. in the encounter ?

i would think if the patient comes with complaints of orthostatic hypotension, like if complaint of dizziness and fatigue and we suspect orthostatic hypotension. Can some forum seniors please advise ?

no need to measure since there wont be any changes in blood pressure. Patient will be healthy most likely. Therefore take their word for it.

you take the BP for a pre-employment exam and your suppose to for HTN. I never took a BP. Same for fundascopy. DM,HTN, or eye problems. I never did one, just not enough time.
